Modern Slavery & Ethical Conduct Statement
Redwoods Projects Ltd affirms its commitment to conducting all aspects of its work with integrity, fairness and respect for human dignity. We aim to maintain a professional environment in which ethical conduct is expected and upheld throughout our organisation and within the networks of specialists with whom we work.
Our consultancy operates with a small internal team and a carefully selected group of external professionals. The nature and scale of our supply chain mean that it is assessed as inherently low-risk; nevertheless, we remain mindful that modern slavery and human-trafficking risks can exist across the wider construction and development sector. We therefore approach supplier relationships with proportional due diligence and an expectation of transparent, lawful and respectful employment practices.
Redwoods Projects Ltd expects all consultants, suppliers and subcontractors to comply with applicable UK legislation relating to labour standards, health and safety and anti-exploitation, and we avoid working with any organisation that knowingly engages in practices associated with modern slavery. Where appropriate, we make reasonable enquiries to ensure that those we appoint share these values.
Internally, we are committed to maintaining lawful and ethical working conditions for our team. As part of our ongoing professional responsibility, we periodically review our internal procedures and supplier engagements to ensure continuing alignment with the principles underlying the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and with contemporary expectations of responsible and ethical business practice.
